Product # APO-0049 Title: “Short-Term Email Support" Format: Interactive Via Email Designated Audience: For those clients requiring help, advice and support beyond our free counseling time allotment. In those instances where a client has failed to resolve an issue, or issues within our free counseling time block and requires additional counseling or advice for a limited period of time, we offer "Short-Term Email Support." This program entitles the client to communicate with a designated counselor a total of seven times during our regular office hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) E.S.T. The contacts can be used over any period of time, whether that's all in one day, or spread out over any length of time required to properly address the issue(s) at hand. We make every attempt to be as clear, accurate and comprehensive in our replies as possible.
